We are proud to say we don’t have minimum quantity for your order. Just tell us your idea and we’ll go over it the same way, no matter if you want one or one thousand units.
We offer the fastest turnaround times in the industry. The actual lead time for your project will depend on the size and complexity. Most projects are completed in 15 to 40 days.
Your credit card will only be charged once.
If you just placed your order and you received an error at first, the second charge you are seeing is an authorization. This is a common bank practice handling credit card transactions to ensure sufficient funds and account authenticity. This authorization will clear (depending on your bank, usually within 48-72 hours.) If you need help speeding up the process, you can contact the issuing bank of your credit card.

If you are receiving an error message, there may be a problem with your credit card information, billing or shipping address. The billing address should match exactly what your bank has on file. It is most likely an issue with your billing zip/postal code. Please review all information closely and look for any typos. Also, try re-formatting the names and addresses in your billing information (this often solves the issue).
If you’re still receiving and error message after reviewing your credit card information, billing and shipping address, make sure you’re using the latest version of your web browser.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We generally process orders within a few hours, and once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes to your order.
Unfortunately we cannot add anything to an existing order. Please place a new order for the new item.
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation to the email you entered on your order. If for some reason you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and add hello@floatiekings.com to your safe sender list.
“Unfulfilled” just means that we successfully received your order! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number and your order status will change to “Fulfilled”
If your order was unexpectedly cancelled, chances are that our fraud filter marked your order as fraudulent. If you are certain that that is not true, please order again with a PayPal account. If you do not have a PayPay, you can easily sign up at www.PayPal.com

Our policy lasts 30 days. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

While we recommend 2 adults while in water there are no real limits, as long as it floats right?
Our floats are not lifesaving devices, do not leave children unattended while in use. Use only under competent adult supervision.
Do not leave in sun for prolonged time, put in shade while not in use. To clean wipe with a wet rug. Do not lay the float on hard surfaces.
Commercial and sweepstakes prizes given through our social networks are free of commercial value and, therefore, any type of guarantee; if you find any defect in the reception of the product you’ll have to communicate it as soon as possible by sending an email to support@floatiekings.com. Changes and refunds are not accepted.
